Anusha Reddy

Prior to pursuing her passion in mental health and emotional wellbeing, Anusha was a practicing lawyer of the High Court of Malaya.

Soon after her daughter was born, Anusha was inspired to fulfill her life’s purpose of supporting and serving individuals in their journey of emotional growth and personal development. Anusha believes emotional and psychological needs are just as valid and crucial as physical and social needs.

Additionally, as part of her passion to propagate emotional awareness, Anusha, an accredited HRD.C trainer involves herself in public outreach programmes by providing interactive workshops through experiential activities.

Anusha is also a panel counsellor with the Malaysian Bar Council and Women’s Aid Organisation.
