Lean embraces humanistic approach, believing in each individual’s innate capacity for self-awareness and the potential to navigate life’s challenges. She guides clients in exploring their inner selves and discovering meaning, fostering a sense of wholeness. Lean’s practice weaves together both talk therapy and creative intervention, such as visual arts and metaphorical cards, tailored to each individual’s unique journey. Beyond individual counseling, she enjoys involving herself with community outreach through group sessions and interactive workshops, sharing valuable insights on mental well-being.

 

Lean supports clients in self-exploration, career challenges, grief, and crisis. Recognising life’s challenges, she offers a safe space for expression, fostering self-kindness and growth.
